In order to provide the level of service required for a Real Estate transaction we ask for a valid phone number. If we are not able to contact you by phone we assume that you are not interested in our services and discard your request. Since our services are highly personalized we are not able to provide e-mail only service. People with disability are welcome and encouraged to use our services, we will provide an extra level of service and we will adapt our services to suit their needs.
3. WHOM WE SHARE INFORMATION WITH.

Should you request the service of a third party, we will contact and share your information with the third party based on your request. It may be an appraiser, a mortgage provider (we provide in house mortgages so this will be based on your specific request), or a processor processing your transaction. Please keep in mind credit score agencies may share your contact information to third parties when there is a credit score request. So the simple application for a loan with us may trigger the credit score agencies to share your contact information to a multitude of mortgage companies. In case your contact information is disclosed, a very large number of loan providers may attempt to contact you. This may look like we sold your contact information to a very large number of mortgage providers.
The four major credit bureaus in the US will be allowed, starting July 1, 2003, to release your credit info, mailing addresses, phone numbers... to anyone who requests it. If you would like to 'opt out' of this release of info, you can call 1-888-567-8688. It only takes a couple of minutes to do, and you can take care of anyone else in the household while making only one call, you'll just need to know their social security number.
